Trudy Holman will facilitate a presentation and tour to an Iowa State University Death as a Part of Living class at Hamilton's on Westown Parkway.
Hamilton's Academy of Grief & Loss is constantly involved in giving seminars and presentations throughout the community regarding death and grief issues. Topics might include:
-Understanding Grief
-Grief in the Workplace
-Children's Issues with Grief & Loss
-What is Cremation?
-Coping with Grief
-The Value of Advanced Planning
-Funeral Directing - A Vocation
-Cultural Diversity & Funeral Service
Presentations may be given for staff in-services, to church groups or other organizations, or as part of the classroom curriculum for students of any age.
