Monica DeBrouse Stout, 33, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. She was born December 1, 1978, in Des Moines. She was currently a student at Iowa School of Beauty.

Monica is survived by her husband, Jim; twin sons, Kayden and Kaleb; brother, Corey (Kimmie) DeBrouse; sister, Angel Pinegar; mother and father-in-law, Dan and Marge Stout; brothers-in-law, Daniel and Spencer Stout; nieces and nephews, Dillen, Chasity and Drew Roberts, Tyler and Logan DeBrouse, and Paige and Cheryle Ann Beery; step-mother, Brenda Caster; step-father, Sid Shepherd; father, Randy DeBrouse; and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Tammy Shepherd.

Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m., Monday April 16, 2012, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines, followed by burial at Avon Cemetery. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
