John Francis

John Cary Francis was born December 11, 1946. He passed away Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the age of 67. John proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War until his honorable discharge.

John is survived by his mother, Marjorie; sons, Daniel (Lisa) and Timothy; sisters, Patti (James) Wiese, Janet Francis, Cindy (Bud) Denning, and Jennifer West; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A private family burial with military honors will be held at Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Adel, Iowa.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
