Susan Swinehart

Susan F. Swinehart, 70, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born April 10, 1944 to Herbert and Alice (Ols) Watson.

Susan loved dolphins, the Denver Broncos, Christmas, pigs, ATV’s, sewing and most of all her family. She especially enjoyed spoiling her grandkids.

Susan is survived by her husband, David; children, Caryn (David) Gonzales, Denise Swinehart, Michael (Michelle) Swinehart and Richard Swinehart; grandchildren, Melanie and Christopher Price and Madelynn Swinehart; great-grandchildren, Rylia, Camarilla and Christopher, Jr.; brothers, Jim (Donna), Richard and Herbert Watson; nieces, Robyn and Justine Watson; nephews, Stuart and Spencer Watson; sister in-law, Diana (Ed) Hughes; brother in-law, Jimmy (Cindy) Swinehart; loyal companion, Charlie; and other loving family and special friends – especially Sharon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Barbara McFarland and father in-law, Don Speck.

A service celebrating her life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street with visitation two hours prior to the service.

Mrs. Swinehart will be laid to rest at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Ventura, California.
