Hector Guerro Carmona

Hector Guerra Carmona, 80, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston, Iowa.

Hector was born September 14, 1933 in Mexico to Ramon Guerra and Remedios Carmona.

He is survived by his children, Osvaldo Guerra, Amanda Garcia, Remedios Jacquez, Socorro Guerra, Romelia Kessler, and Hector Guerra and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Manuel Guerra.

Services will be held Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Family will begin greeting friends at 12:30 p.m. with funeral service to begin at 2:30 p.m. Cremation will follow the funeral.
