Even though I hadn't seen Alice Ann, as she was called in the Johnson Street neighborhood, I remember her very well. She was the little red-headed girl who lived up on the corner and would come down the block to play with all the kids. I can still see her with her Grandmother when she told us she had a new baby brother. I am sorry for your family's loss..

I really enjoyed Alice. Sometimes we would stop at the office to see her and Sophie when a phone call would do.. She always had a smile and a great sense of humor. It was amazing how she could find thing on that desk of hers. Alice you will be missed.

In deepest sympathy to the Donahue family. Alice was more then a friend, she was like family to me along with all her family. For 24 years we worked together, went places together and had numerous talks. My only regret is not getting together more after I moved and went down to southern Iowa. A day didn't go by I didn't think about our good times we had together. I am extremely happy and thankful that I at least got to visit with her one more time before she passed. I hope she knew how much her and her family meant to me. All of you keep the good memories in your heart and she will always be a with you. Be thankful that you had her for so many years. She will be missed. If you ever need me I'm not that far away.
Love to you all Linda
