Francis "Jobey" Crusan

Francis “Jobey” Crusan, 80, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 26, 2014 at his home.
Francis was born November 12, 1933 in Des Moines. He served in the United States Army. Francis retired from RR Donnelly in 1995 after 43 years of service as a pressman. He was a member of Staves United Methodist Church, South Gate Masonic Lodge #657, Za-Ga-Zig Shrine and VFW Post #9127.
Francis is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Marilyn; son, Jeff (Penny) Crusan; sister, Virginia Linn; grandson, Harley (Alison) Crusan; great-granddaughter, Lily; honorary sons, Mike Sarnecki and Mike Jacobs; and a host of extended family and friends who will miss him greatly. He was preceded in death by his mother, Florence Crusan; and his four brothers, Howard, Edward, Frank and Fred.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street followed by burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home with a 7:30 p.m. Masonic Service.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
**Due to the road construction on SW 9th Street, the entrance to the funeral home is off of Fleur or SW 14th Street to Kenyon heading east.
