May peace and comfort find your family during this difficult time.
Our family has fond memories of Troy being at our house on E.14th st. & going to school with him at Hiatt & East., hanging out at the burger shop Lil Johns. And Church's chicken with all of friends. Words can't express our sorrow and may your memories give you peace and comfort at this time.

We are so sorry to hear of Troys passing. We first met Troy at the BMX track when our son and his sons raced together. He was always at the track willing to help out in anyway he could. We will always remember the out of town races we attended with him & Susie. Troy, you will be missed. Our thoughts & prayers go out to Susie and the boys. God bless you all.

I'm so sorry to hear about Troy. Words can't begin to express how my heart goes out to the Allen family. It seems like yesterday when he was a little guy with a shy smile. I feel a huge hole in my heart tonight and wish you comfort during this sad and difficult time.

I am terribly sad to learn of Troy's passing. Very proud to call him my friend. Many wonderful memories we shared. Troy had such a big heart, and warm smile. I will miss his jokes above all. With my heavy heart I pray for his family and friends.

We were so sad to hear about Troy's passing. The entire Allen family is in our thoughts and prayers. Of course most of my memories are of when we were all kids in school at Wallace, Hiatt and East, but I remember those years fondly and think about our old East 13th Street neighbors all the time. Wishing you all peace at this difficult time. From Jenny, Jason and Hope.
