My deepest sympathy to the family of Norma Rolan. I had the pleasure of working with Norma at EMC Insurance Company for several years prior to her retirement. Norma had such a good personality... she had a great sense of humor and was very quick witted, as well as having a heart of gold. For someone who suffered from so many health problems, she always had a smile on her face. She will be deeply missed.

I met Norma through my sister, Vicki Ades. Vicki worked with Norma at EMC Insurance Co. I work at EMC now, but not when Norma worked here. We would run into Norma occasionally in the skywalk. Despite her many health issues, she always had a smile on her face and loved telling stories and laughing. My condolences to her family and friends. She was a nice lady.
