John David Harvey

John David Harvey, 48, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines.
John was born January 2, 1967 in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Dale and E. Davida Harvey. He enjoyed riding his Harley, fishing, and camping. He played guitar and liked to sing. John was a member of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ankeny. He received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in 2013.
John is survived by his sons, John “J.D.” Jr. and Zane; brother, Scott; grandchildren, John III, Bicilio, Carter, Skyler, Kaden, and Boo; aunt, Fran and uncle, Ken; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Davida and his brother, Steve.
There will be a visitation from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday, February 13, 2014 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to help defray funeral expenses.

So sorry for your loss but now he will be back with his mom,dad, and Steve. I will miss him so much. I have known him since I was a little kid. I loved that guy with all my heart. He was a great friend. R.I.P.JOHN

Judy and I share your loss, we know our Scott would be right there with you if it were possible. We will keep watching for service times and be there if possible.
