Margaret “Maggie” Mary Brewer, 75, died Saturday, January 24, 2015 at The Careage of Newton. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
Maggie is survived by her children, Mike (Maria) Sorick and Jennifer Bendgen; grandchildren, John, Caitlin and Thomas Sorick and Jacob Bendgen; sisters, Patricia Chiu and Kathleen Neill; dear friend, Lonnie; and nieces and nephews.
Maggie was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Brewer; daughter, Kathleen Sorick; and brothers, Timothy and Henry Rogers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Catholic Charities.

Prayers for the family my heart goes out to you all. I'm very blessed to have been able to take care of maggie or as I called her my "maggie pie" she loved that she was a sweet lady and I loved being able to be by her side even in her last few days I remember sitting by her side Thursday night holding her hand until the end of my shift. It was so hard leaving her she squeezed my hand tight and she didn't want to let go as I told her "goodnight see you tomorrow maggie pie" I sang to her both nights and prayed for her and just talked to her. Much Love and prayers sent!
