Warner Douglas Robinson
Des Moines
Warner Douglas Robinson was born September 26, 1993, in Des Moines, Iowa to Heather and Todd Robinson. He was welcomed into his loving family by his big brother, Wyatt. A few years later, Walker and Westyn completed this family unit.
He attended Southeast Polk schools, graduating in 2012. From early childhood, he worshipped at Adventure Life Church, accepting Jesus Christ into his life. Much of his time was spent fishing, hunting and participating in sporting activities. He loved the outdoors and spent most of his time there hanging with friends. Anyone who knew him knows he was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Yankees. Warner had a close bond with his family and became a doting uncle to his nephew, Camden. Family gatherings were extra special to all of us because of his fun-loving, gentle spirit. Throughout his life, Warner exhibited such love, compassion and tenderness by his endearing hugs, infectious smile and friendly personality. He was a great blessing to all who knew and loved him. His charming ways and zeal for life will be remembered by his numerous friends and family.
Warner was taken from this life much too soon on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at the age of 21. He is survived by his mother, Heather Berg (Eddie); father, Todd (Teri) Robinson; brothers, Wyatt, Walker, and Westyn Robinson; nephew, Camden Robinson; and his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 26, at Adventure Life Church, 1700 8th St SW, Altoona. Burial will follow at Warren Powers Cemetery. In honor of Warner, casual attire is requested.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of Community Choice Credit Union.

My heart and prayers are with your family at this time. He had the most beautiful smile. All I keep seeing is Warner on my porch. He told me of course his little brother and Austin would be safe while he was taking them places. He made a point to introduce himself as he picked my son up. I thought what a wonderful son and brother this family has. He always said hi with that big contagious smile whenever I saw him. I am at a loss for words at his passing. My family wants yours to know if there is anything you need we are here.
