Beth and family,
I am so sorry to hear about your father's passing. I knew him only slightly, but I liked him. I am sorry, too, to read of your mother, Margaret's, passing. I missed that somehow. She and I both began teaching at Newton High School in the fall of 1970. We had each taught elsewhere earlier, but it was nice to have a colleague be new to Newton along with me. She left after a year or two to marry Bruce. I saw them only occasionally after that. I think I met you once, but you don't remember me, because you were only a toddler, if not an infant. Again, I am sorry for your losses. Your parents were kind, caring people, and the world is the poorer for their departure. May your faith and your memories comfort you as long as required.
