Kenny D. Chapman

Kenny D. Chapman, 43, passed away Monday, April 13, 2015 at Iowa Methodist Hospital after a tragic motorcycle accident. He was born March 22, 1972 to Ronald and Betty Chapman in Des Moines
Kenny worked for over 18 years for Anderson Storm Door Division as a fork lift driver. He had a passion for motorcycle riding and was a true outdoorsman, particularly as a deer hunter. He was always on the go and working on various projects.
Kenny’s greatest joy came from spending time with his family and being a part of his children’s lives.
Kenny is survived by his wife of 22 years, Carrie; children, Brett, Kayla (Jason Miller), and Abigail; mother, Betty; brother, Robert (Missy); niece, Sarah; nephews, Nathan, John, and Alex; loving dog, Gidget; and a host of beloved family and amazing friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Kenny Chapman was married to Carrie Chapman, who is a player on the Iowa Reapers. Both Kenny and their daughter were a big part of Carrie's success in playing Beep Baseball for the Iowa Reapers. he was a kind caring husband in supporting his wife and family.
