Connie Adams

Connie Adams, 83, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2015 at Methodist Hospital. A memorial service will be held at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines, on Wednesday July 1, 2015 at 2:00pm. Visitation will be immediately after the memorial service until 4:30 pm.

Connie is survived by her sons, Gregg and Christopher (Susan); and grandson, Joshua.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob and son, Jeffrey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the American Lung Association in memory of Connie.
