Collette R. Bernard, 58, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Kavanagh on 56th in Des Moines.

Collette was born October 11, 1958 in Hays, Kansas to Wallace and Shirley Gosser. She loved fishing, collecting things from nature, and watching the squirrels. She had a good heart and enjoyed caring for people.

She is survived by her daughters, LaTisha Mayse and Jennifer Richards, two grandsons, and her sister, Colleen Kerns. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Charles Gosser.

According to her wishes, there will be no services held at this time.
