Jaxon Carter Croft

Jaxon Carter Croft was born May 11, 2015. He lived for 3 months and 12 days before passing away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, August 23, 2015.

Jaxon is leaving behind his mommy and daddy, Kaitlynn and Wayne Croft; his big brother, Jayce; and his grandparents, Jennifer Thompson-Jones and Eric Jones, Jennifer Peacher, and Andy Bales. He will be loved and missed by so many other loving relatives and special friends.

There will be a memorial visitation held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., followed by a balloon release, Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Jaxon.
