Billie D. Kellis, passed away with her loving family beside her on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Adel Acres Nursing Home. Billie was born on February 22, 1924 in Artesian, S.D. to Helen and Irvie Willard.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Linda (Jim) Ford and Sandy (Tim) Duff; step-daughter, Dorothy (Richard) Porter; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and other loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. noon on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. Family will greet visitors an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Adel Acres Activity Fund.

AUNT BILLIE, I WILL ALWAYS HAVE SO MANY FOND AND WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF YOU. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER ALL THE GOOD TIMES I HAD WITH YOU. TAKING YOU TO DAHLS TO DO YOUR GROCERY SHOPPING AND GIVING YOU HECK IF YOU TRIED LUGGING ALL THOSE SACKS HOME WALKING INSTEAD OF CALLING ME.
