Lois Quick was born November 10, 1928 in Warren County, Iowa to Clarence A. and Greta G. (Clary) Clark.
Lois passed away Thursday, September 3, 2015 in Pleasant Hill at the age of 86.
She is survived by her sons, Eddie & David; daughters, Sharon (Aaron) Kain and Lori Howe; much loved granddaughters, Savanna and Hannah Howe; and brother, Leo (Bonnie) Clark. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Dean.
Visitation luncheon will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 7, 2015 at Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aerie 109 at 6567 Bloomfield Road, Des Moines, IA 50315. Burial will be held at a later date.

I just heard of Lois' passing as well.I remember all the good times at the campground. Most all summer weekends were spent there by "Cornie's Outlaws". I greatly miss those times, but have so many wonderful memories! I hope you can take comfort in knowing that Dean and Lois are back together again, although I know how hard it is to lose your Parents... especially your Mom! Just heard of Lois' passing. I will always remember the good times camping at Marion County Park with Lois and #1 cuz. Love and prayers to all the Quick family.

To Lois' family, I met Lois and Dean many years ago at a music festival. My husband and I always enjoyed visiting with them. I am sorry to learn she is gone but she and Dean are back together. I know how hard it is to lose Mom and there will be many times you will say "if only I could ask Mom, she would know." She was always so easy to talk to. She will be greatly missed.
