Richard Rasmusson, 69, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015 while fulfilling his wish of visiting Branson, Missouri one last time.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Marie; children, Laurie Carolus, Frank Miller, Bill Callison, Sherry Carder, Shelly Paucher, Sheila Anderson, David Callison, Gary Boothroyd, and Scott Johnson, sisters, Susan Warren and Debby Rasmusson, brother, Larry Rasmusson, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:30 pm, followed by memorial service at 2:30 pm, Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.

I was so sorry to hear of Dick's passing. I have been checking the obits in the Des Moines Register daily and had really wanted to be there to offer my condolences and comfort. I was not aware when the services were. I am sorry I missed it. I am thinking of you all and praying for you. I love you Marie.
