Katherine Jimenz, 24, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2015. She was born September 5, 1991 in the Dominican Republic to Santigo Jimenz and Griselda Reynoso. She is survived by her parents, her brothers, Juan Jimenz and Roberto Jimenz, her daughter, Joselyn Lilliana Cruz, as well as many other extended family members.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, October 11, 2015 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 12, 2015 at Our Lady of the Americas Visitation Catholic Church, 1271 E 9th St., Des Moines. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to help with funeral expenses.
