I have know Mildred, and her family for many years beginning at Pentecostal Tabernacle when I was just a small child when our mother and us kids began going there when mother got saved. Mildred was a very sweet, kind lady and devoted her life to serving the Lord and caring about others. We would visit about old Church friends and she would ask about my family. She would say, "we'll just pray Sharon and God will fix it all. She will be missed by me

So sorry to hear of Mildred's passing. I know she is in the Lord's presence and singing His praises. I have such great memories of Mildred being my children's church leader when I was little. I also remember her training her little dog to stand under the hair drier after his bath until he was dry so that he didn't drip water all over the house. She was a lovely, first class lady who was so welcoming and loving to all.
