Pearl Hall, 103, passed away Monday, June 27, 2016 at Parkridge Specialty Care in Pleasant Hill.

Pearl was born February 6, 1913 in Hiteman, Iowa to Larkon and Lou Americas Hayworth. She had lived in the Des Moines area since she was 17. Pearl was a member of Fort Des Moines Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed gardening, socializing, bowling and was an avid walker.

Pearl is survived by her grandchildren, Eric Hall and Kristina (Dave) Samuelson; sister, Maxine Martens; and her brother, Joe Hayworth.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Hall; son, Bill Hall; brothers, Ray, Sylvester and Glen; and her sisters, Ruby, Opal and Vera.

The family will greet friends Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. followed by the funeral services at 12 p.m. at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. Pearl will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
