Service Details
Ronald Louis Coleman, 81, was called to Heaven on Friday, January 19, 2017 at Karen Acres Healthcare Center in Urbandale. He was born March 22, 1935 in Des Moines to James and Valborg (Larson) Coleman.
Ronald served his country proudly in the Marine Corp during the Korean War.
He is survived by his children, Dan Coleman, Sandra (Bob) VanBlair, David Coleman and Sabrina (Jeffrey) Davis; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and brother, Jim (Delores) Coleman.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Eleanor Coleman; daughter, Sharon Coleman; and granddaughter, Jennifer.
A celebration of life will be held at 4:30 p.m., Sunday, January 29, 2017, at Windsor Presbyterian Church, 6301 University Ave, Windsor Heights, IA.
