Service Details
Lyn DeLee Khan, 70, passed away on September 4, 2017 in Des Moines. She was born on January 3, 1947 in Morgantown, West Virginia to Paul and Leona (DeWitt) Workman.
Lyn enjoyed nature, crafting, travelling and will be remembered for her cooking ability. She was a warm soul and the kindness she showed to her friends will not soon be forgotten. Overall, her greatest joy was to be with her family.
She is survived by her children, Dr. Mitch (Debra) Khan and Kim (Rick) Bingaman; granddaughter, Kira; siblings, Terry (Cindy) Workman, JoDe (Chris) Stiles and NonDe Workman; and former husband, Al Khan.
Lyn was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Dave.
Funeral services will occur at 10:00 am on Monday, September 11, 2017 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines. Burial will follow services at Highland Memory Gardens.
