Carl J. Williams

Carl J. Williams, 51, passed away at his home October 12, 2017. He was born October 15, 1965 in Des Moines to Mervin and Marlene Williams. Per his request, his body has been cremated and no services are planned.

Carl is survived by his mother, Marlene Williams and his brother, Eddie (Cindy) Fosenburg.
