Vincent C. Morgan

Vincent Charles Morgan, 79, was born September 19, 1938, in Middle Branch, NE to Eugene and Angelina Morgan. He passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 31, 2017, at Mitchell Care Center in Mitchellville, Iowa.

A reception will be held from 4 to 6 p.m., Saturday, November 11, 2017, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines.

Vincent was a lifelong truck driver and was very proud of his accomplishments in that field. He was awarded the honor of Million Mile Safe Driver from AAA. He enjoyed gardening and loved his tomatoes. He was also a collector of everything!

He is survived by his son, Scott Catron, daughters, Monica Marcomb, Tracy Catron, Rebecca Hovick and Alicia Almestica, and 14 grandchildren.

Vincent was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Marv Morgan.
