Alan L. Ball

Alan Lee Ball, 67, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at University Park Nursing and Rehab. He was born March 24, 1950, in Des Moines, Iowa, and adopted Howard and Edith (Knouse) Ball. Alan was raised on the family farm. He was a loving man and took very good care of his family. He loved spending time with his daughter and his grandchildren. Alan had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed fishing, old westerns, playing poker, music and collecting movies. Alan was loved by all.

He is survived by his daughter, Allison “Leah” Beveridge, grandchildren, Ruthie, Michael and Nathan Anspach, and extended family and friends. Alan was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Edith Ball and his brother, Vern Ball.

No services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
