Daniel M. Clifford

Daniel Clifford, 75, passed away July 12, 2018. He was born June 24, 1943, in Des Moines, to Matthew and Betty Clifford.

Daniel attended Dowling Catholic High School and proudly served in the United States Navy. He was a skilled welder and made the final weld that connected the arches in St. Louis and was one of two welders in the U.S. to weld General Motors locomotives in Kansas City.

Daniel was a stubborn man who will be remembered by his children, Cindy Dupuy and James (Erica) Clifford; grandchildren, Taylor, Brennan, and Zack; siblings, Matt (Gayle) Clifford, Eddy Armstrong, and Connie (Sal) Ramos. He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Dianna Clifford.
