Robert Burke Robert Burke, 44, died Sunday, January 31, 2010 at his home. He was born June 23, 1965 in Spring Valley, Illinois to Carol (Bregar) and Robert Burke.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, his horses, and his work in the towing business.

He is survived by his wife, Amy; children, Gina and Joel Burke; two grandchildren, Ryan Burke and Lexi Kappmeyer; sister, Pam Burke of Peru, Illinois; his mother, Carol Bregar Burke of Standard, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert and his grandparents.

A visitation with the family present will be from 5-7 pm, Thursday, February 4, 2010 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines. Funeral services will be held at a later date in Illinois.
