My sincerest sympathies to the Jarvis family. Although I didn't work with Don or know him personally, I valued Carol's friendship at work and beyond. Carol, I truly hope that you had as much quality time as possible with Don these last few years. My prayers are with you and your family in this time of sorrow.

We are very sorry for your loss. Such sad news to hear about Don.
I will miss Don the most at the Annual Jarvis 4th of July Celebration.
Don always seemed to be happy and enjoy himself and the fellowship with the
Holly Springs Bible Fellowship Church family. He will be missed at the church services also, when he would come with Lynn and Cheryl.
Again, we are so sorry. If there is anything we can do, please let us know.

I had the pleasure of working with Don for over 30 years. I
remember that Don and I would usually get to work early and
have a cup of coffee together before the work day started. After we both retired, we would get together at Flanagan's with other Wells Fargo Financial former and current workers.
We all enjoyed the talk about old times and what we were
currently doing. Don was a great guy to work with and a
good friend. Don would always have a story about his hunting
or about his grandchildren. I will miss Don very.
I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to Don's
family.

Don was truly "a man for all seasons." When winter's snows fell, Don
stood sentinel with a shovel. In springtime, he helped new life find
its light through dark soil. In summer, he mowed and pruned with laser
precision. When leaves fell he raked and stuffed bags full in his
measured and thrifty way. Through all seasons, Don wore a smile. He
buoyed us up through many trials and sorrows. In our homes and at our
tables, he was as good family. In our shop he was our partner,
delighting in becoming part of our success. For forty years, Don was
our help-mate and our friend. He was kind. He was faithful. He was magnanimous. He was gentle. He was good. For Don, no task was beneath
or above him. He was unconditional in the generosity that poured from
his own great heart. Don swelled with pride when he reflected on his
loved ones. While Don is now out of sight, he will be with us for as
long as we can remember. We thank you, Don Jarvis' Family, for sharing
your beloved husband, father, grand and great-grandfather, and beyond, through so many. and now, too few, seasons of our own lives....
May time ease your sorrow.
With our love,
Deborah Krum Becker and Michael Becker

Don was a good guy and a good friend working at Norwest/Wells Fargo. He always had a great sense of humor, and would come up with some of the funniest sayings. I have thought about Don many times since his retirement, and it always made me smile to remember him. My sincere condolences to the family. We will all miss Don, but nobody will feel this loss more than his family. It was truly a pleasure to know Don.

So sorry to hear of Don's passing. I worked with him many years ago at Norwest Financial Information Services Group (now Wells Fargo). We sat next to each other for awhile and I have such pleasant memories chatting with Don. He was very helpful to me. A good man, he was.
