Ralph Bills, Jr., 29, passed away at home December 12, 2011. He was born December 1, 1982.
He had a passion for cooking and experimenting with food. He loved to BBQ and had a passion for all kinds of music. He held a special place in his heart for his family and friends.
Ralph is survived by his mother, Theresa Milligan; step-father, John Fulmer; siblings, Jessica Keil (Jayson), Amanda Sims (Jamal), Michael Boyd, Jr., Kaydie Boyd, Austin Huff, Sandy Moore (Justin), and John Fulmer (Sammi); grandmothers, Margo Oldham, Pat Bills and Shirley Fulmer; uncle, Jim Bills; aunts, Missie Renda and Debbie Gray; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Bills, Sr.; grandfathers, James Bills, Richard Oldham and John Fulmer; aunt, Peggy Bills; and cousins, Eris John and Gary Bills.
Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2011, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

We were shocked and greatly saddened to hear of your loss. It's still hard to believe. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during your time of sorrow. I am so very sorry for your loss. I don't know you but i sat accross from you in the waiting room at Newton and my Mom and I visited with Ralph's mother and Grandmother. My prayers are with all of you at this difficult time. I can't imagine the pain you are going through. Know that he is at peace now, no more pain and sorrow. Stay strong.
