Phyllis Young, 78, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2014. She was born September 1, 1935, to Phillip and Irba (Hesseltine) Mihalovich in Knoxville, Iowa.
She is survived by her children, Mark Young and Nancy Sorter; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Bob.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.

I always enjoyed visiting with Phyllis over a beer at Fat Randi's. I loved her spunk and making her laugh. I'll miss her!

I worked with Miss Phyllis at Caseys in Van Meter. She will be greatly missed by alot people in our community. I loved Phyllis like my own family member. R.I.P. PHYLLIS YOUNG.
