Joseph Yeager

Joseph Yeager Sr., 76, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2014. He was born March 26, 1938 to Henry and Eunice Yeager in Des Moines, Iowa. Joseph was a brick and tile truck driver since the age of 18. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving companion and care taker of 24 years, Betty Yeager; children, Carol (Doug) Long, Joe Yeager, Kevin (Drenda) Yeager, Bobby Yeager, Becky (Mark) White, Deanna (Lyle) Reed, Joe (Dawn) Yeager, and Wayne Yeager; 15 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held 11a.m., Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines. Friends may visit with family from 9 to 11 a.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
