Jean Quick, 91, was born May 7, 1923 to Alona and Ada Reynolds in Cass County. She passed away at Westhaven Community in Boone, Iowa on Sunday, January 25, 2015.

Jean worked in accounts payable for Western International for 25 years until her retirement in 1988. She loved to dance and play cards.

Jean is survived by her children, Lois (Gary Malcom) Crook, Leo Wilson, Larry (Cindy) Quick; grandchildren, Jerry, Jeff, Mike, David, Jayme, Lana, Cody, Ethan, Treston; great-grandchildren, Whitney, Zach, Raynee, Annissa, Mckenzie, Holly, Amy, Jacob, Avery, and Emily.

She is preceded in death by her lifetime companion Loren Gonyea, and siblings Bonnie Fletcher and Dale Reynelds.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to services.
