Service Details
Kenneth Maddison, 65, passed away at his home in Hartford, Iowa on Saturday, March 28, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Berean Assembly of God Church, 5299 E. University in Des Moines.
Kenneth was born August 7, 1949 to Richard and Jeanette (Hunter) Maddison in Des Moines. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Army and then in the National Guard. He was an avid race car fan. Like his father, he loved to fish and “tinker” with all kinds of motors. Most of all Kenneth loved telling “stories” and spoiling his little doggie, Daisy.
He is survived by loyal, furry companion, Daisy; his daughter, Laurie (Sam) Eshelman and son, Mike Maddison; grandchildren, Jordan Eshelman and Andrew Maddison; siblings, Nancy (Adrian) Zoutte and Dennis (Michelle) Maddison; many nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials may be directed to Kenneth’s children.

i have the last known picts of kenny ifhis family wants them. he was my friend and neighbor and helped me when ever i needed it. a jack of all trades, a great guy.? email me @ brookeann1996@hotmail.com and i will send them to u. i miss him terribbly.

I was also in Kennys mingo high school class and am very happy that he came to the last few reunions. He always had interesting stories and we got to meet Daisy! we were all looking forward to seeing each other this june again. Prayers and thoughts to the family.

I graduated from Mingo HS with Kenny. So thankful that he was able to come to our last two reunions. My condolences to his family.

Kenny graduated in the Mingo HS class of 1968. Our class of 23 had enjoyed seeing him the last couple of class reunions. Sorry for your loss and God bless.
