Robert Nathan Smith

Monday, May 18th, 2015, Robert Nathan Smith peacefully left this world and joined his parents and brother in Heaven. Nathan, as his friends and family called him, was born on April 24th, 1949 in Cameron, MO to Robert Smith and Margaret Jones.

He led a life filled with stories and adventure. Nathan proudly served his country and the Lord. When he met the love of his life, Janet Killin, he joined her in Iowa and became a part of a closely knit family that would cherish him until his last breath. Nathan was a loving and compassionate man who loved to spend time outdoors, fishing, singing old songs, and raising grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, children, stepchildren, and grandchildren.
He will be dearly missed and his life celebrated.
