Nedra June Conroy, 88, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Fleur Heights Care Center.

Nedra was born April 9, 1928 in Jefferson, Iowa to Alfred and Blanche Clark. She retired from Farmland Industries in 1991 after many years of service. Nedra was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.

Nedra is survived by her children, Gayle (Michael) Allen, Glenda (Stan) Gaumer and Gay Lynn Conroy; siblings, Beverly Scherbart, Charles (Clara) Clark and Ramona Stewart; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Gweyn Rider; son, Guy Conroy and his wife, Debrith; grandson, Shawn Conroy; brother, Darrell Clark; and her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 5711 SW 9th Street. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. with a vigil at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 24th at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street.
