Baby William Hood

William Aleksander Hood, precious son of Gabrielle Maudlin and Benjamin Hood came into this world and was immediately taken to heaven on November 3, 2017. The joy and anticipation of his arrival then short time on earth is devastating to his family.

William is survived by his parents; his brother, Owen; and his grandparents, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Shonda Maudlin; great-grandparents, Rosemary and John Bailey; and uncle, William Bailey.

A celebration to honor the life of William will be held Sunday, November 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines, IA.
