Jo-Ann Mueller

Jo-Ann Mueller, known to friends as "Joni" passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at the age of 80. She was born on January, 14, 1937 in Des Moines, IA to Harold and Bertha Smith. She was married to her husband, Ray for 60 years. Joni worked at Des Moines General Hospital for 25 years in various positions working with patients, staff and volunteers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray. Joni is survived by her children: Gary (Tracy) of Mesa, AZ, Lori (Bill) of Boone, IA and Rick (Kammie) of Albuquerque, NM; her 10 grandchildren and her 18 great-grandchildren. Her final resting place will be at Vista Verde Memorial Park in Rio Rancho, NM. Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's association.
