Moo Plue

Moo Plue, 41, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. Moo was born January 11, 1977 in Myanmar. She was the daughter of Dah Say and Tah Na.

Moo is survived by her husband Lay Wee, daughter Jasmine Plue Wee, two sons Caleb Plue Wee and Blake Plue Wee, siblings Nero Dweh, Hero Moo Dweh, Sharo Paw Dweh, Shar Moo Dweh, Moo Kay Dweh, Hay Thar Say Dweh, Kaw Moo Say Dweh, Lay Moo Paw Say Dweh.

Moo enjoyed cooking, camping, photography, vacation trips with family, playing piano and guitar, home decorations, teaching children sabbath school class and helping with women ministry. She always kept her home clean and well-organized. She had never complained in raising up her three kids fighting her serious illness for the last two and half years. Moo’s resilience, courage and unwavering faith in Jesus were a great example for all of us.

Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m., Friday, February 9, 2018, at Des Moines Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2317 Watrous Ave, Des Moines, and will conclude with burial at Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Thursday, February 8, 2018, at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
