On May 8th, 2018, Robert Wayne Lehman Jr. (Bob) of Des Moines, Iowa suddenly knocked on Heaven’s door at age 50. Robert loved to watch sports, go fishing, play pool, and cook. He believed that Pizza Ranch had the best mashed potatoes and gravy. His favorite football teams were the Minnesota Vikings and Iowa Hawkeyes. Robert adored spending time with his children and grandchildren so much that he moved to Fort Dodge to be with them a couple years back.
He is survived by his mother, Mary; children, Robin (Jesse) Robert III and Taylor; sisters, Londa, Star (Tim) and Teri (John); grandchildren, Kamden, Bryleigh, Kendalyn and Brecken; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Sr. and his sister, Tammy.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 18, also at Hamilton’s, and will conclude with burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions would be appreciated to the family in loving memory of Robert.

Im so sorry for your loss , Im so sorry Im just reading this .. I grew up with Bob since we were little kids on Emma Street , then He worked for our family business for a couple years , then he moved to Olewien , Iowa . He would call me about once or twice year , last time I talked to him was in January before the Vikings played the Saints . Our thoughts and prayers are with the Lehman Family

I worked with Bob at a restaurant a few years ago. I remember he had a Minnesota Vikings tattoo. He was a friendly person. I did not know him for long though. The last time I saw him I was delivering a pizza to him. I believe the world lost a good man when Bob passed on. I sincerely express my condolence to his family, friends and loved ones.
