Family Services Coordinator - Filled
- The primary goal of the Family Services Coordinator is to establish a personal relationship and feeling of continuity with families from first call and arrangements to visitation and services.
- The full-time position has a pre-determined repeating flexible schedule. It can include evening, Sunday and holiday hours.
- Pay is based on skills, ability, and performance.

Key Activities
- Interact respectfully and consistently as a team-member with Hamilton's at-need families.
- Take responsibility; both assigned and unassigned. Be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Daily phone communications with families.
- Assign arrangement conferences and explain to families what to expect and what to bring to the meeting.
- Assist families of arrangements, visitations and services.
- Some phone and reception activities.
- Complete required documentation with precision and accuracy.
- Help with Hamilton's Academy of Grief & Loss activities.
