Becca Cooper
Family Services Coordinator/System Wide Support
Becca grew up the Des Moines area. In 2014 she graduated for Johnston High School and then attended the University of Northern Iowa obtaining her Bachelor’s in Social Work. While attending college she interned at both Children & Families of Iowa and Cedar Valley Hospice. During her summers Becca also volunteered and interned at Hamilton’s Academy of Grief & Loss where her passion for working with grieving people grew even more. In January 2019, Becca joined the Hamilton’s team as the Academy of Grief & Loss Coordinator. In January 2021, she transitioned to a new role as System Wide Support. Becca can often be found helping at our Hamilton's near Highland Memory location or stepping in to help wherever is needed in the system. She wears many hats here at Hamilton's between Family Services Coordinator, Pet Services Assistant, and System Wide Support. She is also the go to for all things organization. Becca enjoys the variety of her job and all of the different families she gets to work with.
Becca enjoys spending her free time traveling, cooking, and trying new restaurants. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, family, husband, son, and their 120 pound Bloodhound, Tatonka.
