Coping with Grief Symposium

After the death of a loved one, it can be a confusing and overwhelming time for many in search for understanding and how to integrate the loss into their lives.

With this in mind, Hamilton's Academy of Grief & Loss offers our Family Services "Coping with Grief" Symposium. Attendees are encouraged to come and go as you please for this event.

Representatives from community grief support organizations listed in our Community Resource booklet will be available to offer information about the services they provide. There will be a workshop station with an activity to honor the memory of your person and other activities to care for yourself while you are grieving. Enjoy a quiet moment in our memorial candle lighting room and stop by the refreshment table for a delicious treat.
