Dear Caleb,
I'm so sorry that you've lost your mom. When my mom died I felt like my heart was broken. I'm sure that you love her and that she loved you very much. Please let your family and school help you through this loss. You're a great person.
Sincerely,
Nurse Julie @ Stowe Elementary School

Sharing something I just read the other day...You don't get over your loss, you just get through it.You don't get by it,because you can't get around. It won't get better it just gets different.Grief has a new face everyday. Take comfort knowing she was a good person and will truly be missed by so many. Our loss is heavens gain! RIP Karrie

My deepest sympathies to Caleb and the rest of his family. I was Caleb's teacher at Stowe last year. I know he thought the world of his mom! Karrie came to Caleb's music concert at one point during the year, and Caleb became a giddy little boy when he saw his mom--it was adorable to see how much he truly loved his mother and the special bond they had (considering he tried to always put on such a tough exterior for the rest of us).
Thoughts and prayers to the family at this time, and a big huge to Caleb~~~ Angie McClannahan
