The news of John's untimely passing was a shock to all of us at Adventureland.
Hamilton Crane had a 30 year history in the development of the park. One small
recognition of this is a Hamilton Coat of Arms hanging at the Dragon roller
coaster along with others that pay tribute to those instrumental in it's construction. I have VHS video of John and I making our 1st bungee jump of which I can make DVD copies. When working 100" in the air, it was always comforting
knowing John was at the controls. John's knowledge, skill and most of all, his friendship will be missed. My deepest condolences, Larry Donaldson

My deepest condolences to John's family. I worked with John at Champion Crane a number of years ago and I noticed he always had time to help someone out, a great guy to work with, always a warm personality. It really is a tragedy when someone so good has to leave us far too soon, I was shocked and saddened to hear this terrible news. Nothing but the best of wishes to his entire family from my family.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of John. John, you will be missed in a big way. As we struggle to wonder why someone as nice, friendly, outgoing, etc. is taken away from this life, we are comforted in the knowledge that the your same wonderful atributes that we all enjoyed on earth will be enjoyed by others in Heaven. I'd like to convey my condolences to the entire Hamilton family. It was a very sad day when I heard of John Boy's passing. I had the priviledge of meeting John through the Snowmobile Club. He was a valued and highly respected member of this club. He will be forever in our hearts. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Hamilton family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. John was loved by so many people and those people were blessed to have known him. I did not know John as well as others, but the times I was around him I could tell he was a man of kindness and a true friend to his friends. As a family you will miss him not being here on this earth, but know that John will always be with you, in mind and in spirit, and have faith that you will be reunited again one day. May the Lord bless and comfort you.
