Sharon - Your mom was a beautiful sweet lady. I enjoyed seeing her at school and around town. My grandma Ruth Mathis, was especially fond of her and always bragged about being Elsie's cousin. We are out of town and will not be able to attend the services, but please know that we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. Clint and Lori Bailey

I first met Elsie [and Hersal] in 1972 when I began teaching at B-F. She always had a smile, a hug and asked about my family. We saw one another for years after she retired at the B-F Sr. Citizens' Christmas Dinner and enjoyed catching up on the past year's events. She was a dear lady, and a wonderful friend. How blessed she was to have had such a long and happy life. Thoughts and prayers to you as you deal with the loss of her.
