I was very sorry to hear of Char's death. I taught at Hoover during her tenure there. She was always very supportive and loved a party. We often had staff food gatherings in the library and she shared wonderful dishes with us all. I still use her recipe for fruit cake at Christmas. It is the best and I always think of her when I make it. She will be missed.
