The staff of the DMACC High School Completion Center wish to extend our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Leanna. We enjoyed having Leanna in our center as she worked on the completion of her high school diploma. While she was bubbly and joyful, she was also very serious about her education and very happy when she successfully completed her requirements. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you as you cope with her passing.

I know Leanna and I may have ended with a fight, but I never stopped caring about her. She was a great person who deserved to have a happy life. I know she loved her adorable sons and I know she was a good momma. She really will be missed. I am so sorry for your loss. I just wish I could have apologized to her for being a bad friend. I know nothing I can say will make this ok, but God wanted her for a reason. She is in a better place now where she doesn't have to feel any pain. She will be greatly missed and my thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I had only met Leanna a short time ago. I am an aunt to Ryan Semple and Kim Akerberg... The joy she brought to their family with Chance. Pictures I have viewed on facebook shows she was a wonderful mom to her boys and her world was surrounded with the love for them. May she rest in peace, God bless all of her family at this time of sorrow.
